    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup tender tamarind leaves (chinta), chopped
    - 1/2 cup green chilies, chopped
    - 1/4 cup ginger, chopped
    - 1/4 cup garlic, chopped
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
    2. Add chopped green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the chilies are tender.
    3. Add chopped tamarind leaves and sauté until they're tender.
    4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
    5. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.
    6. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
    7. Serve Chinta Thokku Pachadi hot or cold, as desired.
