Hi...321 (RPS) is very broad concept...There are number of Tolerance Stack up analysis & Vibration analysis iteration done. After final mounting decided.
There is no fixed format to apply 321 in part.

This is standard section of ultrasonic welding......after vibration it gets melted.....and our two part get fix with proper maintaining gap and flush.

Sir if some portion of style is cleared by slider ,then do i need to clear the closing surface of that area from slider or i can clear the whole closing of part from MTD?
