Estonis isnt much weaker than the other nations in the qualification group they had and still they only got 3 shots on goal. If we talk about players who are back/the first time here we have schär, elvedi, widmer, duah, zuber, sierro, rieder, stergiou, äbischer, zesiger ugrinic, jashari and possibly zakaria and embolo. Some of the players are very experienced and some just in form and some are both. Scotland and hungary are nations that barely have good players. In scotland robertson is one of the exeptions. And in hubgary szoboszlai too. They don't have many good players thats just the case.

Their defense is extremely leaky (they conceded 3 to Belarus) and massively underperformed in qualifying.
