Sir mujhe valve system mai flow mark line a rhi hai to uska kya solution ho sakta hai please batayye sir

Dear its depend upon plastic matetial,
1)gate size kam ho skta hai
2)heater kaam na kar raha ho,
3)thermocouple issue ho skta hai,
4)gate Point jyada sharp ho,
5) gate valve wala pin ki proper matching n ho etc....

22 gm 28 mm ke preform me jisaka mould 48 cavity ka hai mai long gate aur sharp edge se pareshan ho gya hu kya karu
