However I do find that my fondant, made with marshmellows and icing sugar and to which I have added Gum Tex , is clearly much softer than yours. How can I get it to be firmer but not dry? Please help me if you can. Thanks for the thrill I'm getting as I follow you.
Hi again, Gloria ;) I usually added cmc or tylose powder to make my fondant firmer.. or another way, you can dry their bodies separately and after they become firmer then you can stick their body and head together..
