mam, I have a doubt you are saying that in first-time revaluation the revaluation surplus will go the balance sheet under reserve and surplus anyway if the add the revaluation surplus in profit or loss account it will go to balance sheet under reserve and surplus .then why we are showing separately

It should be shown separately as it a disclosure requirement. Users of the FS must know that it is not actual profit that has caused increase in reserves, rather the increase is due to revaluation.
