Would be interesting to know his experience and his employer. I see subcontractors doing this all the time who are so wreckless and careless, both for their own safety and the safety of the cars and homes and pedestrians around them. I came out to my car, once, and found branches on top of it. These idiots won't even give neighbors a 12 hour warning. They'll just start cutting with cars beneath them. The city needs to start to regulate cutters and hire professionals only or make it a city position because the subcontractors are often a bunch of dumbasses.
