Just installed this SATV steering link kit.... Wow huge improvement! Very strong parts. Your video was a big help, thanks for taking the time to explain it so clearly. The Heim joint ends are my favorite part!
    Install notes:
    1) my steering wheel was not clocked to dead center on the rack & pinion. Had to correct that then do the tie rod alignment all over again.
    2) I used pipe wrench to get original inner ball joints off...was so tight.
    3) I learned to not do any of the zip ties till after my road test, only way to get back to the inner set nuts.
    4) lock down using two wrenches inner and outer tie rod at the same time with blue lock tight, hopefully got it perfect.
    5) my car XPT 1K with over sized 32” tires drives best with ever so slight toe-in alignment... which I didn’t know till after my several road tests.

What do I measure to figure out if I have m14 or m16 tie rods?

My jam nuts keep working loose, should I have used thread lock on them?

I did not get castle nuts with mine but nylon lock nuts.

The exact hardware will vary as some kits have nylock nuts, others have castle nuts.

Is the turbo different? I thought Polaris recommends 1/8" to 3/16" toe out.

Toe setting really comes down to the drivers preference and dependent on the type of drive/racing he or she is doing.

@@SuperATVMedia Good to know. Throw the different preferences and why in the description? The kit is awesome though, installed it last weekend. Makes adjustment easy.

You meant toe-in.... toe-out for front wheel drive vehicles only.

    Probably won't work with portal's!!

Adjusting the tie rod brings the entire wheel/tire out? Lol Both measurements increased? ;) The point is there, just poking you. Good video though.
