They are very friendly and love their culture deeply. What I heard from them is that in the entire Tibet Autonomous Region, from customs, languages, historical relics, religions, natural landscape to beautiful scenery are all well preserved, while the economy is also developing. One day I was walking around Lhasa and I had an old Tibetan Lady see me in the distance and we made eye contact, she started smiling and walking towards me. She reached up to my face (I’m 6’4”) and grabbed my beard and just started laughing. She then saw hair on my arms and started twisting it and continued to laugh.

They have some of the most beautiful mountains and lakes!
Some of the scenes are located in adjacent provinces like Sichuan province. I've been to many of these places, and way more to be discovered! Thanks to the infrastructure improvement, many remote places are now accessible by roads, and the roads have boosted local economics and tourisms.
