I advise you have someone stay with you for a few days and even have people checking in on you several times a day especially at bedtime for at least a week!! You will need help getting in and out of bed, covering and uncovering blankets. You won’t be able to pull your pants up or down for bathroom breaks. You won’t be able to brush your teeth or lift a glass of water, open and close doors, jars, containers... I couldn’t open my pill containers. Basically won’t have arms for a few days to a week minimum. Be aware that your breasts will look very strange and unappealing for the first couple weeks. They will be humped at the top and quite flat. Try not to be traumatized or disappointed! They will look normal in time. Thank you dr for this video! I had this surgery done twice and neither dr explained any of this.

Why many women has implant sickness and why others don't??... Please help me out cuz I feel like I am running out of time to enjoy my youth. Flat chest is really impacting me to feel confident and I just can't express my femininity in many ways. I need honest answer.

Hello Dr. Begovic I am getting breast implant surgery on May 1st. I truly appreciate this video that you provided, and I feel more at ease and educated on what to expect! I am wondering though, is there an option for over the counter instead of Singulair?

You mentioned the Phen diet pills contributing to capsular contraction. Is this only during the first 6 weeks to a few months? or later as well?

Hey, just wondering if you could possibly link me to the journal that the article you wrote about montelukast (singulair) preventing capsular contracture? I find that stuff really interesting and I’d love to read it!! 😊

I had a breast revision including lipo filling.
My doctor gave me all the meds you mentioned but he also gave me Abstral (Fentanyl) sublingual tablets and 4 OxyContin 20mg a day for 2 weeks. (56 tablets)
I’m very constipated although he gave me Miralax with it.
Should I just quit using the pain meds?Because I don’t think I’m in a lot of pain anymore.

Encapsulation is a real possibility. Please discuss it thoroughly. It’s got high percentages of happening. It’s happened twice to me. Once 6 months after and again 25 years later.

If a client pays all the money to get implants in their body and they have to live with it, don’t say the line, “they’re gonna undo all the hard work I’VE worked so hard to achieve”. It’s about them.
Other than that, it’s helpful information and appreciated!

Why tell people to stop any vitamins or herbs , when a patient needs a high level of iron , so their hemoglobin will be in the right range in order to have surgery , I don’t understand why you would tell people to discontinue vitamin or herbs ...with the standard American diet it’s hard to keep high iron levels , unless you are eating spinach all day .... some of this advice I would not follow and clean your belly button , come on why would that even matter unless your doing a tummy tuck but then you would be creating a whole new belly button
