Ever since I got into Kpop, (Jan, 9, 2016), I fell in love with 2ne1, they were my favorites, then suddenly they disbanded, it hurt me alot, I cried, especially since I was only 11 at the time going through hormonal changes and all... I was nearly becoming depressed, I did nothing except look at 2ne1s moments and songs for months on end, I didn't even want to leave the house because I was in denial... Then one day I happen to come across Gfriends "rough" dance practice, it had appeared on my timeline, since I was young and my curiosity hadn't completely disappeared at that point, I clicked on it.... And then I found a new love, I couldn't stop watching Gfriends music videos, couldn't stop thinking about there synchronized dances, they had become my world, they had helped take me out of my numbness to the world, I almost loved them like how I love my family.... They were everything to me like how 2ne1 was, they were my childhood heroes basically... Then 2021 came... Alot of things had taken place in my life, they were tiring and exhausting, I thought it couldn't get any worse, but now.... What I had feared most has come... Gfriend disbanded, I'm left alone again... I have nobody to go to when I need comfort now... They are no longer together... I've recently turned 16... I've just heard about there disbandment on 05/06/2021... In all honesty, I love Gfriend, I always will because they had mapped out my childhood like 2ne1 did... But... I wish I hadn't gotten into Kpop in the first place... It's given me so much heartbreak, I don't think I can take this anymore... That's why I'm deciding to leave the Kpop scene... I'm not saying I regret ever meeting 2ne1, or Gfriend, but I don't want to feel the same heart ache again... I thank you Gfriend, for everything you did for me, I'll forever be grateful and hold a special place in my heart for you guys... And I'm thankful you've gifted me with your cheerful music, I really appreciated it, especially during my worst days... Most of all I'm thankful I've gotten to witness this powerful chapter of your lives with my own two eyes... Even though I'd hate to admit it, there will always be a beginning and an end... But sometimes not all endings are bad endings... 2ne1 was a stressful time for me, because at the time I was alone and thought I had only 2ne1... GFriend are seriously GodFriend. Their synchronization is on another level, plus their facials, their gracefulness, their control, their charisma. They really are such good dancers and as a group they work so perfectly, even though of course SinB's skills are on another level. Also, all of them are amazing and I love them all but omg Yuju... YUJU. It's hard for me to take my eyes off her, and I'm not saying this just coz she's my bias, but she really is slaying this era way too much. Just wow.

Sinb is a really great dancer but the reason sinb doesn't stand out easily like other groups main dancer is because Gfriend is full of dancer who can almost rival to other groups main dancer

You can tell this in this choreo they didn’t focus on syncing and technique like previous choreography but at the same time their synchronization in this song is still better than average.
SinB is really so impressive, she really deserves to be the main dancer, she's amazing, the way she executes the dance is very sharp yet graceful at the same time, the preciseness, detailed, smoothness and neatness of how she execute the moves and her facial expression is really a killer. She got so many of my non buddy friends whipped. The others are also great but SinB really owns the moves.

I wonder at this time, they knew it'd be their last comeback ever.....even if that were the case, none of the members half-assed this comeback and subsequent performances. They gave it their all regardless of their future...and of that, they and their loyal fans can be so proud of.

It’s so weird seeing them in a dance practice studio that isn’t in soumu. Anyways, so proud of these women. They came from a small company yet managed to survive the harsh industry that they’re in.
I was so sad when I found out that gfriend isn't nominates for any awards on mama this year. Though my ultimate group is bts, I've always keep updated about them, ever since their debut days. I really think they deserve so much more 😭

[ The new BigHit building in Yongsan, district in Seoul, is still under construction and will be completed by Feb 2021. The entire building from the seven basement levels to the 19 upper floors will be leased by Big Hit Labels. But GFriend did move to the BigHit building in MDM Tower after their label was acquired. I believe all artists under BigHit label will move to the new building next year once it's completed. ] GFriend kills it with their choreo everytime, they're so in sync and look so gorgeous in that fit.
