I've been spending so much of my precious time worrying about how my friends will die instead of actually hanging out with them.
I catalog all of my physical symptoms just in case there is something Im missing.
From what I can tell I think I have a disease.

I waste so much of my life wondering if this world is nothing but suffering
I'm crumbling like clay into dirt hoping for water but praying for worse.
If I should bloom then I'll wither

I've grown up with Senses Fail and I've always felt that Buddy understands and perfectly articulates how I'm feeling. Hell is in Your Head is your best album yet. Raising children and trying to heal your own childhood wounds isn't easy. You're doing great and I hope you keep it up
buddy nielson has always been relatable to me since i was 10 and im 29 now… i remember i saw them playing at a festival when me amd a friend were walking dowtown and i heard a familiar song and was able to watch them from the back of a fence right behind the stage… it was in dallas and i rember buddy actually came over there right as we were walking off and i kept looking back regretting that i didn’t tell him how much i admire him and his writing has helped me get throughout my life.
With depression almost becoming a fad in the age of social media where any attention is good attention, it’s so nice to hear it put into simple words. If you feel like this, please get help. It’s not going to fall into your lap, you have to fight every single day, but it is so worth it.

Still Searching was the album that got me into Senses Fail, and the fact that Buddy decided to revisit that concept and make this new album a sort of continuation after all these years means so much. Though the songs sound completely different, I get the same vibe from the title tracks of both albums, mainly in the choruses
I lost one of my best friends on Saturday night and this song just really comforted me. Great band. Goodbye Niall rip.

Have a form of OCD (he mentioned something about that I think?) and anxiety in general just makes my symptoms worse, so once again he's written something I relate to extremely well. A great combo is vestibular migraine, GERD and anxiety all together at once because I thought I was dying multiple times in the past few weeks. Nope, just my body being itself.
I also love this song and record.
There's not a single bad Senses Fail record. Everything these guys put out is pure gold to my ears!

I think he gets the recognition that matters. Every time he meets someone that his words have had such an impact on their life.

This is the health anxiety anthem I didn’t know I needed.
A couple days ago I had major panic attacks because my blood pressure was on the low end of normal a few times. Health anxiety is BRUTAL. I think it's worse than just regular generalized anxiety.
@@chris_822 I've definitely experienced anxiety attacks for similar reasons and agree. It can be totally debilitating. I hope you get some support and find some coping mechanisms that help you through it!

If it weren't for the relatable and meaningful lyrics, this song would be kind of "meh" to me musically. Love the guys and I'm sure this album won't disappoint!

Though I like the instrumentals and lyrics of the new album, I just don't find the new material to be as catchy as I've come to expect from SF. But that solo... I was not expecting that at all from Buddy, since he writes everything.

Long story short Jesus offers salvation from everything you been feeling, I've definitely been there and actually when I was 26 I hung myself in jail after a 3rd DUI, but didn't die, God saved me, but now I'm 37 and somehow still alive and prospering because of him who saved me.
