The "Just Whitney" album is so amazing but, sadly, so underrated. There's no secret in stating that all of that was caused by the negative media coverage during this phase of her life. I'll always love Whitney Houston, no matter what. She was a genuine soul and an unmatched talent.

Whitney knew she was the SHIT and understood her divine assignment on this Earth: To inspire and motivate others with her God-given talent and be a living testament to both believers and non-believers. That was her way of showing us that she's a human being and deserves to be treated accordingly. Even though her vocal talent was undeniable, she never wanted to be treated differently from anyone else. She kept reiterating, "We're family, right?" We should all be ourselves and not pretend to be something we're not. She didn't want to tell us who she was. She already knew that who she was. She wanted to show us who she was.
She always knew not to take interviews so serious. That’s what I love about Whitney. Also these people made her feel comfortable which always brought out the best in her. Love her to pieces.
