Why doesn't political leaderships of all parties and region own such problems and agree upon proper planning. $200 million is nothing and I am sure couple of politicians or businessmen or generals can invest in private Railway track. Even loan can be arranged. Strategic magnates have put in lot of money for uranium fuel development from mines to finished product, why not for gold, copper, cobalt etc. But our ruling elite is only capable of turning the only steel mill into a bottomless pit and import steel from abroad. Same elite always said thar coal is useless, till Summarmubarak gave the first feasibility few years back and now everyone wants a piece of cake.

Assaying will be done by the Assayer bedside the wet analysis. Cost estimation for 200 Kg Gold is around 1.85 $M. Yes water is the great issue and only in Gold Refinery 14-17 lt/Kg needs. Best possible solution is the desalination sea water and later its conductivity will be decrease to below 25 micro sim
