It a small resort. Doesn’t really matter what building you are staying in. You can walk this whole property in about 20-30 minutes. Disney Springs is the closest to here. Take a water taxi to there. About a 20 minute boat ride. There are also other resorts you visit that are all in that surrounding area. Then there are always the buses to bring you to the parks.
When I was there it a wasn’t to bad. Mainly power washers and occasional beep sounds from the lifts. This was filmed around 11am. That can kind of give you an idea. I don’t think they keep anybody near the construction.
