I am 4th year college now and currently studying Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations Management. Uhm as a shs graduate din i think mas better yung human resource kasi stable yung job mo pero kung gusto mo mag create ng business and be independent you should go to entrepreneurship
Hello Carl Anthony!😊 For me ang best option is kung ano ang gusto mo at kaya mo🤗 If you are a business-minded person and you like doing crafts, then I suggest na magBS Entrep ka pero if you like managing people then magHR ka. It depends upon hehe. The best pa rin ang course na mag-eenjoy ka at the same time kaya mo malagpasan ang mga challenges ahead. Thank you so much!❤️
Hello po! As incoming freshman po can you recommend me po kung anong pwede basahin po na book at saan mabibili ang BSBA HRM textbook po if ever? Mas prefer ko po kasi mag basa sa physical book (textbook)kaysa online. Thanks for answering po.

@@nxcxlxs7943 Depende po yon sa university na papasukan mo, may mga university/college po kasi na hindi pinapayagan ang students na mag take ng course na hindi related sa strand,, but no worries kasi super rare lang po ng ganong case,, mostly po kasi ng mga universities at college ay pumapayag naman po. Ang pinaka cons lang po sa pagtetake ng course na hindi related sa strand is yung bridging subjects po,, you will take summer classes.

there was a change in the curriculum back in 2019, HRDM and HRM is iisa nalang po
