We were on our way to Brussels after spending two days in Dinant. We decided to stop by this little hidden gem, a French town near the Belgian border. And we were not disappointed, or perhaps we were a little bit, when we had to leave Givet. We should have planned our trip in a way that we could spend a night here.
One of the highlights of Givet is the magnificent Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame. Its Gothic architecture and intricate details are truly awe-inspiring. Step inside and immerse yourself in the tranquility and spirituality that permeates this sacred place.
But Givet isn't just about its architectural splendors. Nature lovers will find themselves in paradise here. Explore the lush greenery of the nearby Ardennes Forest, perfect for hiking, biking, and connecting with the great outdoors.

Thanks. Actually the video is slightly shorter, that’s due to the fact that this stop in Givet was unplanned. We did not have enough time to explore. The plan was actually just to drive here have lunch and then drive to Brussels. But this beautiful town got us hooked.
