Bobby Jones never turned professional !
Bobby never turned pro because of his strong beliefs in amateur golf which does not mean a player is bad it means they don't take prize money and he was a lawyer his last two seasons. Bobby went months without touching a club and usually won the tournament. He was the best in his era and by retiring at twenty eight years old winning thirteen pre masters majors without daily practice with over forty percent win ratio was nothing short of unbelievable.
Wow, he had a beautiful swing.
