Okorosha - Ezeoji Amaigbo 1 (Igbo Cultural Dance Festival)

Ezeoji Okorosha Masquerade Dance is a cultural event performed by the Ezeoji community in Amaigbo, Nwangele LGA, Imo State, Nigeria. It takes place biennially on odd numbered years on December 23rd, December 26th, and January 2nd. The venue is situated at Amaukwu Umuabali Ezeoji. It is a masquerade show performed by the male of the community and witnessed by all. Its main purpose is to unite, entertain, and raise funds for the community.
The show is spectacular and fun to watch. If you are around the area during event period, make an effort to attend. You will be glad you did.
