Trying this tonight! I've never had good success with a stainless steel wok and I don't have one any more. I'm willing to give it another try, though. Also, I think it would be helpful if you mentioned the temperature setting (Med, Med High, High, etc.) in your videos. Should we assume that the burner is always set to high? Thank you!

Looks delicious... I'd just like to see more "flipping" of the ingredients instead of just stirring.
