I started to include this in my workout to lose fat and build muscle. I use the same tire. It's only been 3 days. I am going hard everyday for at least 30 days. I do 20 min. The first 10 min is me hitting the wheel with a hammer and the remaining 10 min is flipping the tire. I don't walk around it to switch sides but I jump in the middle and land on my toes, that way I include my legs and knees in the workout.
so you did 10 flips a day for 30 days did you follow a diet while doing it as well and have any protein shakes and did you do any other workoit besides the tire flip or just the tire flip alone for 30 days
Hi Bro flipping 50 kg tyre is good for beginners to avoid injury? Flipping tyre is replacment of walking or jogging to burn more calories ? If yes, why most people not utilizing this flip tyre excercise as a replacement for walking or jogging?
Hi there, flipping 50kg & 250kg tyre is a total different technique. 50kg is a much smaller ones, utilizing mostly on arm strength, while 250kg is a bigger one that requires the entire full body esp leg, core & explosive power. jogging & tyre flips is a entirely different thing, they uses different mechanism. 1 is cardio, the other is strength. Depending what you want to achieve. To build strength & muscles, then i highly recommend tyre flip. ( but start with a lighter weight 1st :D) I hope this answers your questions :)
