    I went swimming 2 weeks after RARP. It was the best feeling ever to have the blood pumping through the body. I am 68 and I had a PSA of 38, Gleason 4+5, mets to distant lymph nodes. I have always been active and will continue to do so until I have leg in the coffin!

    My brother has stage 4
