It is natural for some to look for someone or something to hold to account when things do not turn out the way you wanted them to, but it is unfair to judge or project blame in this situation. Everyone would do well to listen to or read the information Mr. Ngoc has carefully shared with us throughout this ordeal. Do you have any idea how extraordinary it is for a channel like this one to be as forthright and communicative as this channel has always been. Frequently channels like this one just stop posting new content without offering any explanation or updates. The Ngoc's have gone out of their way to be open and candid even though they live in a country where they do not have the freedom to speak as openly as they might like to be. It is easy to be an armchair expert from behind our screens at home, but it is something different to live there and walk in their shoes. In a recent video Mr. Ngoc went to great lengths to carefully clarify this situation for us and even though there is a language barrier and translations are imperfect many would do well to HEAR what is being said instead of what they want to hear. Anyone who was listening heard Ngoc explain that he sent letters to the government and worked with attorneys but he still could not bring them home. He once again clarified that only large organizations are allowed to keep animals from nature. He said the ENV frequently confiscates them from private citizens and that once animals are taken they are never released. He told us how hard this has been for him (the family) and he would have continued looking for a way, but she has been released now and nothing more can be done. None of us live in their country, but I spent a long enough time there to understand that any citizen who keeps animals from nature could just as easily end up in the same situation they are in and will is someone turns them in to the ENV the way this family was. There is no way to adopt animals from nature and you are mistaken to think otherwise. The Ngoc family is innocent of what you wrote in your comment and I recommend you do your due diligence if you believe otherwise.

Language barriers and cultural differences impede some from fully comprehending or understanding the situation the same way you do.
I know your comment comes from a place of care and concern, but we need to realize that Kaka's release was authorized by the government and they are not going to change their mind. Mr. Ngoc carefully explained the situation in a previous video and even though it is not the outcome many, many wanted it is the outcome we must accept.

Diem and Quynh are young and it is important for them to move forward from the difficult position the family has been in these months. The Vietnamese government sanctioned the release of Kaka and Mit in accordance with Vietnamese law and there is nothing more anyone can do. Ngoc carefully explained the situation in a previous video and assured us all that everything that could be done was done. It is difficult to accept, but the man from the release center told Ngoc to rest assured that Kaka is adjusting well to her new conditions and this should give us all reason to hope.

Your comment is strange! The shirts you mention in your comment were made prior to Kaka being released. We should remember they were originally designed for the Kaka charity group to wear and spread awareness. The fans REQUESTED the shirts be made available for purchase!!! Now that Kaka has been released perhaps the Ngoc's will consider redesigning the shirts, but regardless context matters and we should give them a chance to get their breath.

To begin with, you cannot compare monkeys to dogs, they are not the same. Pigtail monkeys have a far superior intellect compared to dogs, but comparisons are unfair. Pigtail monkeys are absolutely capable of forming relationships and remembering past interactions. These animals are highly intelligent social creatures that can think, feel, and show emotions. Monkeys posses a highly developed capacity for face recognition and for remembering people they have formed past relationships with. They can also groom each other as a sign of affection and respect. Pigtail monkeys are more intelligent than other mammals.
We should all read or listen to Mr. Ngoc's previous video for greater clarity. The man from the release center told Mr. Ngoc to rest assured that Kaka is adjusting well to her new living situation. It is not possible to compare monkeys to other animals, they are different from dogs. Dogs are renowned hunters and have an incredible tracking ability. Monkeys are far more intelligent than dogs, but are not known for their tracking abilities. We need to remember that Kaka has been gone for several months now and has undergone a process to prepare her for this next chapter of her life. She was released in an area where there is already an established group of previously released pigtails like her and there is every reason to believe she will find a place within that group.
