Yk, music like this helps me with my burnout. It grounds me. With all the thoughts stirring in my head it’s easy to get lost, but stuff like this helps me take a while to just see that I have time. I can take a rest. U can enjoy the moment. That assignment or test is later; I am constant and I need just as much care.
Sometimes it feels like everyone has it worse. Like im what people wish they where and if i show my flaws or insecurities it will shatter the lerfect dream that someone else has. Its like if a family member of mine hasnt died recently or if i didn't have a traumatic childhoos my sadness is just smaller than the rest. And even when i dont feel guitly for that i still feel powerless beacause i cant help and i just wonder if it would be better for all the love and care that i have would be used better if it was given to someone else who "truly needed it" but i know we all deserve love no matter how perfect our lives might seem. It just seem like everywhere around me the more fortunate people are hated or seen as evil like cops, rich people, straight people. Now dont get me wrong theh aren't discriminated against or minorities but the amount of times ive heard people say theyre all awful human beings is concerningly big. Maybe i just dont understand and maybe i just dont want to understand. Maybe i dont want to be told how awful the world is because the knowledge of that makes it seem like life isnt worth living anymore. Not that i want to die or anything, i know that life is beautiful at times and that things will turn out okay for me and my friends but the facts that it isn't a garentee for everyone else makes me really sad sometimes. Anyways talking about it makes me feel better :) I hope youre having a nice day but dont worry i wont be sad if you aren't ❤

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too.
