I was too young for dune 2, but what i played was dune 2000, i loved that game! I also only played as house Harkonnen :p It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.
Fun Fact. Dune II was 92, it was westwood studios first game before command and conquer, and was the first RTS (as we now know them). there was an earlier genesis/megadrive game called herzog zwei released slightly earlier which had unit building but was more a shooter, Westwood's Dune II would go on to influence the formula we know today, including the first warcraft, which in true Blizzard style (today) began their trend of copying someone else's great original idea, and putting their fantasy spin on it (and doing it well of course).
I was sad after opening Lurker Below but he's surprisingly good. It destroys DH even in Wild where I play the most.

You should not. If you finish all the novice ranks you get a free deck of your choice. With legendaries.
Alex is the only reason for not using multiples cards ? Is it really worth it ? I mean double Alex is impressive but you need the coin.

Loving the look of this deck, strong but with fun RNG elements
Not sure it can be classified as strong when it gets pretty butchered by Demon Hunter, but it sure is fun to play, you just have to hope the opponent is also playing a fun deck.
i've been fiddling with that kind of stuff too, and TBH i feel like the dragons package is actually stronger than galakrond's.
Some insane stuff can happen with Frizz Kindleroost in there. Imagine a 7 mana Alextrasa. Heck imagine a 5 mana one... and so on. All good dragon battlecries are kinda nuts, from twilight drake to dual Tyrant ( wtf is that cards name again ? )
Also also, Scavenging Shivarra deals twelve randomly and it's AWESOME...
But you're mandated to yell ATATATATA everytime it happens.

The deck does need a lot of draw to keep at float , but once your train is rolling the value is kinda insane. I've been outvalueing Rez priests.
On a good draw you don't even fear Face Hunter ;)
Old Alextrasa feels a bit weird sometimes... buuuut she can be a real lifesaver. I still pick her above witch's brew ATM. Also dragon.
Some of my best games had Frizz giving me a 7 mana Mama Alex giving me 4 dragons including a Murozond who triggered twice vs a ramp druid copying his big stuff... twice. Talk 'bout some swings :D

Kinda makes me wonder what rank you're on if you're finding this deck incredible. It's good fun tho, but it's not all that strong against most meta decks.

I'm finding DH to be pretty weak against a lot of other decks. Weak vs taunt, control decks, large boards. It's like a super aggro style with some added board clear

I played 3 games just to complete the new quest. I wasn't happy about it. Just used the starter deck they give you and I won all 3 games lol. Last time I'll play it unless there is another quest that gives free packs.
There is the naga deck but that is still aggro/combo mindlessness outside of nethrandamus or whatever that 9 cost DH dragon is called. If that card didn’t exist I would hate playing the deck but three giant guys on one card is nice.

i keep watching Kibler's match always have insane encounter, either him or his opponents always have something insane going on, while me on the silver ladder have nothing interesting going on, I guess more money DO mean you go further high up the ladder :(

There are always powerful low cost decks around that can take you from 20 (well, bronze 10 now I guess) to legend at a steady pace, I think the average dust cost of decks has gone up in the past couple years but it still shouldn't be that difficult for a new player to build at least one or two competitive decks. Hell, the best decks right now mostly seem to be the Galakronds and Demon Hunter and literally everyone has those cards for free so there especially isn't an excuse in the current standard. Not that I really want to encourage anyone else to go play that mindless autowin garbage on ladder but it's objectively false that Hearthstone is "pay to win."
You get a free deck if you are returning player, u know.

The pool of that card is not that big due to that it summons only 3 mana beasts so it's not that strange

Hey. Im only missing 2 legendaries, do u rekon crafting. Or to focus on quest evolve shaman. I think shaman is one of the more funn classes to play atm.
