Landing on the lines where the green and yellow meet is the true perfect release on the game. You just have to figure out which line is for that player depending if the have a realy fast or slower release. I did a experiment with all my players and noticed this. For example Kat I better to hit the first line where the green and yellow meets. But Lonzo Ball for example it's better to hit the second line where the green and yellow meet. BTW why we call it green when it's really blue?😂😂😂😂
For me better tatum atleast u can get 91 compared to max pg (btw i main pg until legend) Tatum over more move color (like pump hest meanwhile for pg the move just 2 jab to dunk / lay or shoot with screen) and good def to compare to pg
You need to hit the crossover button while dragging the joystick back to do the first step back. Then using the shot button as a joystick, drag that back and shoot to get the second step back. I recommend trying this out in the practice mode to master it to pull off in games!

I also realized some players shoot better on the second line like dinwiddle
Nice! Might have to try that myself. I think we are all so used to other basketball games have it be a “green” release it’s just force of habit 😂😂
