Main process CSSD (ora.cssd) and CSSDMONITOR
Voting Disks contain dynamic and static data:
- Dynamic data: disk heartbeat logging
- Static data: information about the nodes in the cluster

Hello Malik, You have given example of Even Voting disk of Number 2, Suppose if we have 4 Even number of Voting disk, then V.D can decide which node has written less data and that node will be evicted, This case will be similar to Odd number of Voting disk, Can you tell is my assumption correct?
If both groups have the same number of Nodes, the group that has Master Node survives.
