I'll take the Bellweather Eveall. I dont consider a 4 wheel car that you have to drive to an airport and unfold wings a flying car, that's still an airplane. Think about it, you have a flying car to get away from ground traffic, But you still must drive the thing in traffic to get to an airport. A true flying car is something you can launch from your house. Bellwaether could fit the bill with all they should do now is upscale the size and make room for a driver. If they do that, 9 time out of 10 the Bellweather design with be the standard in true flying cars.

The regulations for where you can operate a VTOL craft has to be changed, currently in most countries you would not be allowed to takeoff and land in your homes drive way for instance. You would be required to use a municipal airport or other controlled space which basically defeats the entire purpose of having one of these. The UAE has approved the use of VTOL. self piloting taxies through certain corridors in Dubai. Countries that regulate air travel at a national level will have an advantage to allow VTOL traffic within city boundaries however in most countries the process will take decades simply because of ignorant and uninformed politicians, sluggish and stupid bureaucrats.
Unlike those politicians, have you considered the safety issue of a half ton vehicle falling on someone's house? Multiply that risk by the hundreds of flying cars you dorks envision overhead and maybe you'll figure out why it won't happen any time soon.
Interesting "Concepts" & some progressive design ideas .But realistically none of these aircraft could actually be used in everyday "Real Adverse Climate Change Weather Conditions". Controllability would definably become an issue if operated in any strong wind conditions.
