Hey Curl Friends! In this video I’ll be showing you how to make an Ayurvedic hair oil for extreme hair growth and length retention. The herbs in conjunction with one another combat various scalp issues such as dandruff, flakiness, inflammation - while strengthening your hair shafts and follicles and providing essential nutrients for hair growth.
➸ This can be used as a leave-in, or as a weekly hot oil treatment, a sealant, or as a pre-poo.
⇢NOTE: I used Avocado oil as my base oil, not only because of its AMAZING benefits, but also because it's one of those oils that not only acts as a sealant but also as a penetrating oil. THIS IS MAJOR KEY ALERT!
⇢If you wish to substitute any of the oils for Coconut oil, please be careful with the quantity because it will solidify when you store it in a "cool" environment, thus compromising the integrity of the oil.

Hiya 👋 how long can you keep the oils and where should they be stored
1 tbsp of each herb: henna, amla, aloe vera, hibiscus, fenugreek, moringa, bhringaraj, ashwagandha, 2 bags of green tea, nettle, horsetail, top with 1 cup of avocado oil, 1/3 cup of castor oil, 1/4 cup of black seed oil, and 3 full drops of neem oil.

In 2016 I used a lot of these herbs for my hair oil and my hair was so long n healthy and I moved and stopped and the hard water in my new city damaged my hair. About 3 weeks ago it’s like god made me remember the herbs n powders .. thank you

Infuse double boiler for 15 minutes or use sunlight or dark cool place for a few weeks before straining. Essential oils are optional...choices being lemongrass, rosemary,lavender, peppermint.

After the video I put the oil in as a leave-in lol. I can only survive a few hours myself.
Definitely love the info. I've been using ayurvedic hair oil (olive oil, castor oil, teatree oil, Amla powder, bhringraj powder and brahmi powder) for 2 months now and I can testify that they work. But my curl pattern is looser now🤷🏽♀️ idk if it's because of the powders, but it's definitely looks fuller and longer.

@@kirannathani9123 Shalom love and i'm new here and also i am an hostlic/ayurvedic herblist as well. And to answer your question to make the her ayurvedic herbal hair growth oil you need to infuse your organic ayurvedic powder herbs and organic hair and scalp hair growth oils into the herbs and make sure you measure everything first and put the herbs, oils into an 16 oz mason jar and let steam in the water for about 2 hours on low heat and put it in a slow cooker. And when you put it in the slow cooker make sure the lid is off and also sure no water enter the hair growth oils as well but if it does make sure put an preservative in it. Also when the oils is done heating up then use an cheese cloth or an stocking to strain it out but take your time when you strain it out. But i hope this helps. And here are some amazing ingredients that you can try and let me know what you think about it. black seed oil, emu oil, carrot seed oil, Jamaican black castor oil, haitian black castor oil, Amla herb powder, fenugreek seeds, hibiscus flower herb powder, Tuna cactus extract powder, aloe vera powder, fractionated coconut oil, mango butter, shea butter, coco butter, cocoa extract powder, nettle herb powder, neem powder, cassia herb powder, Matcha green tea powder, moringa herb powder, burdock root herb powder, oat straw herb powder, chia seeds powder, cinnamon herb powder, ginger root powder, chebe powder, marshmallow root herb powder, rosemary herb, sunflowder seed oil, grapeseed oil, sweat almond oil, horsetail herb, bamboo extract powder, chilli flakes, wheat germ oil, extra virgin olive oil, Avocado oil, honey, sea moss gel, brahmi herb powder, peppermint oil, tea tree oil.

Hi thank you for sharing so I do have a question it's obvious all these different oils and powders fobut there's focus on strength hair grows girls none itchy scalp et cetera plus more can we pretty much add whatever we want to add. Or do we have to be mindful of what the recipe is to be exact

I started losing my hair at 26 and now that I'm in my late 50s I've taken this hair game to so many levels. I'm excited to follow such creative and together Black women's footsteps. Since using my butter I'm seeing results. Not all over yet because my hair loss is due to my thyroid, so it's going to take longer than most. However, I'm okay with that. Thank you for all the information on the products you showed to use. I went to I-herb and there was a lot of information about their products and how to use them. It said not to use a metal container or metal spoon when mixing these products together. Made sense to me because boxed perms come with wood mixers and box dyes come in plastic bottles. I'm sure you don't want to continue using the metal spoon to stir your mix.
You're absolutely right! My wooden spoons where playing hide and seek that day lol. But I do mix in a glass bowl or jar (see previous video) and I've used a wooden spoon as well but had to switch to a whisk lol. But you're right!

I was advised to never use Henna powder on dyed hair. It’s only ok if the dye used is Henna, if not, guaranteed hair breakage. I do love your channel and will try the fenugreek and hibiscus hair mask.

i am a man at my 45 & i am gonna do my ayurvedic hair oil for the first time. when i used to travel in India, i used to get ful body oil massages, head oil massages in barbershops, shirodhara (warm oil treatment on the scalp & forehead), oil enemas as part of panchakarma (ayurvedic detox) treatments, it was all truly rejuvenating. i was oily most of the time in India & did not mind it at all, got used to it for the benefits. it is so common there also in Bali (Indonesia)

Get the ones that caters most to your hair needs. You don't need them all right away 😀
After I filled the mason jar with herbs and oil, I placed it in a hot oven for a few minutes and let cool and sit for weeks in a dark cabinet. I was concerned about water vapor condensing into the oil using the double boiler method. Any water that gets in the oil can make it go rancid. Btw, your mini-me is too cute!

Oh and if you just want something simple add fresh mint & rosemary to some grapeseed oil in a jar let it sit in the sun a few days to infuse and rosemary mint oil you have ! It grows hair also! Plus if you add cedarwood e/o , lavender and rosemary e/o it will amp it up. Or add the essential oils about 20drips each to some water and a cap full of alcohol free witch hazel .. spray on your scalp two times day

Why
it could just be my hair nettle naturally straightened my hair. I’m a naturally curly girl. I noticed when I put nettle herb in my oil is straightening my hair so I took that out because I don’t wanna change peoples hair texture then again it could just be my hair
I use a few of these to combat dry scalp and it works.
Heading to the store again need more stocks my hair feels amazing from the fenugreek /hibicus mask
