Awesome video. Makes me want to go backpacking. I too have made the trek around boulder lake to find out that there isn’t anything on the left side of the lake. There is one or two camp site to the left of the dam when you first get to the lake. Many camp sites on the right side of the lake and on the backside of the lake but literally nothing on the left hand side of the lake. I agree that Peak Refuel is the way to go if you are doing freeze dried meals. Yummy stuff. The breakfast you guys made is the best way to eat. When you opened the potatoes I said to myself, now that looks so good. 🎉🎉
You turn at the LDS church Elo road from highway 55. From there there are a few turn u til you get to dirt. Here is a link to find the trailhead: maps.app.goo.gl/VPER1wTK843TTq3w8?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy

Looks like a cool place. How do you get to the trailhead from McCall? You made those meals look good! I didn't know it was possible.
