Accept is the perfect example of what Heavy Metal should be. Their sound, their vibe, it's everything I love about metal!

No! Take that gatekeepnig shit away. Metal is made up of many sub genres - each one just as valid as the other. If every band sounded exactly the same it'd be boring.
A lot of new metal can't riff like the veterans can.

Nothing but in your face pure metal these are veterans and they know how to do it congratulations on making another Accept album with greater grit than the previous ones to pave the way.
Saw them in Seattle back in 1983(?) opening up for Saxon. I was surprised at the reception they got. They should have been the headliners. They clearly took over the show and it took Saxon half their set to get the crowd back to their side. I was there for Accept and apparently everybody else was too.
Saxon are famously brilliant live, maybe on an off day, I've seen Accept live only 4 years ago ISH in Manchester, they kicked serious ass
@@patterjak I distinctly remember Accept getting an immediate response from the get-go and Saxon receiving a response that was noticeably lower through about 5 songs. Then they woke up the crowd somehow and nailed the last half of the show. The opener before Accept was I think a Scottish metal band that had one minor hit on the radio. Felt kinda sorry for them. Most of the crowd were finding their seats and half a dozen metalheads were at the front of the stage giving the lead singer the middle finger the entire time. We were standing on our seats going nuts. I almost broke an ankle when my leg got caught in between the seat and seat back. There was also a guy crawling on the ground in front of us looking for something under the seats. He stood up further down the row and scared the crap out of 2 girls who almost clobbered him. Anyway, great show and I still have the Saxon concert t-shirt! I fit me great until I washed it and it shrunk to a small. Concert t-shirt quality was horrible back then.
Accept are back with first class heavy metal!

Bought my 1st Accept album 37 or 38 years ago...fukkin hell, i'm fukking old. Metal kept me going ofc. I, we are still around, so I know for sure: Accept, best Metal Band ever!!! Udo, tnx man, you enriched my life!!
I remember as a teen in the early 80's, 14 in 1982 to be exact, when I was just getting into metal and Screaming For Vengeance and Number Of The Beast had both just come out. Other than my buddies sister corrupting our minds with Black Sabbath's Master Of Reality at age 10, these were my introduction to metal. Not more than a year or so later, some "Music Critic" stated, "Heavy Metal is just a fad! It'll come and go very swiftly!" I was so taken aback by that and thought "NOOOO! It can't die!", that as a naive young kid, I got upset. Boy, was that guy sooooo wrong!!! By the end of the decade, metal ruled! Although it had become more poppy to some degree (radio friendly ballads and such), the heavier bands soldiered on and many of the bands I listened to as a teen, are still playing today, 40 years later! Long Live Heavy Metal!

Hell Yeah I love U.D.O and Accept I’m 22 going on 23 later this year and I’ve loved Rock And Metal since I was a kid when my Dad got me into classic rock n roll and heavy metal Udo Dirkschneider is one of my favourite metal singers I saw U.D.O Live 2 years ago here in Edmonton on March 16th 2018 at The Starlite Room when they played Accept songs for the last time it was a great show and I’ll always forever love rock and metal until the day I die🤘
I also saw Accept with Kreator live on September 21st 2012 at The Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver it was a great show too🤘
