Also, I was thinking about contacting Turkish supervisor for some days but I was afraid that supervisor might get offended by contacting him just before the scholarship. Anyways, could you tell me what you wrote/included in your email to the supervisor, or you just directly asked for acceptance letter from the supervisor.
