Nicely explained sir , I just have one question we did not use internet gateway or nat instance or route table was the default we are using or we don't need in this case

Aws created default environment for access the instance and outbound internet. But this approach will be very unmanageable if you going do deploy a big application with multiple instances.
By default configuration of aws will be same for the all instance and can created security loop hole.
So it's recommended to create the VPC and create public and private subnet, assign internet gateway to public subnet for access that machine service over the Internet and assign nat gateway to private subnet if you want internet access from private subnet machine.
