Awesome! I've been wanting to order one of these since they first came out. I'm worried about the stability... but I might just have to try it! These look like so much fun!!
@@PoleFreaks haha, that will be me too! I'm definitely ordering one once the xstages are back in stock. I might try it with weight plates to see if it is more stable. Thanks for replying :)
Would this be a good buy to practice with? The classes by me only have the ones that hang. I took the class but want to practice at home. Or are they two different feels?
Hi Holly! I was wondering if you could offer any advice on opening a pole studio. There are currently no other studios in my area, so I feel like one could be very successful, but I would love your input. What was you experience like when you first opened your studio? What were the main challenges for you?
I am going to get a stage pole and I am also interested of getting this Lyra Pole. Can you give me some opinions? I never play Lyra pole before. How hard to learn this compare to pole??
Yay, that's exciting. I think the thing for me is knowing what there is to try - so I try to find as many sources of inspiration as I can. If you go to some sort of pole event / expo / festival etc they often have one there you can play on before you buy :D I hope that helps!
Does your lyra come with a motor? Mine is without and I find it so hard to keep it spinning when I'm on top, especially when I'm doing splits and other spready poses
Love some of these tricks and transitions you played around with! The lollipop is my absolute favourite! Although I got my first one before xpole manufactured their own. Check out some of the tutorials I have on my channel

Thank you so much! It's so much fun :D I should have longer to play on Monday, I'm really excited :D
I love this! Looks like so much fun. Can't wait to see what you come up with in future videos!
Thank you so much! I can't wait to train it again :D

They are so much fun! Not going to lie - I spend the first 10 mins of every training session reminding myself that it will hold me up 😂

Healthy Shay, did you end up using weights? Curious!

Hi! This one is from xpole :D

You should post tutorials for the Lyra pole! That would be awesome
I'll try and film some more - I'm not on stages any more so it's a little harder to play!

Hi Camille, I've had so many people ask me about that this week! I might write a big post about it because there's so much to go over! :D

Omg when did you get yours in?!? My friend ordered hers a while ago and is still waiting on it. I want to play so bad! I’m saving this video 😍😍
Aww it's so much fun! I pre-ordered mine at the mid- Aug and got it a week ago :D
Which one did you guys buy? I’m looking into them!
Amber Dunn I am shopping, too. Recommendations?
did you need to add extra weight to the base?
You can indeed - I pop the legs out and have the weights down if we’re doing more intense bits and bobs!
What size is the Lyra portion?
This one is from x pole and there was only one choice at the time - this is 950mm and 34mm thick :) It's a bit thicker than my usual hoops!!
Does your lyra come with a motor? Mine is without and I find it so hard to keep it spinning when I'm on top, especially when I'm doing splits and other spready poses
Same
Oh wow, some of them come with a motor to help them spin?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

_dancingincircles_ I haven’t played around with it for ages, I should set it up again 😀
I've just subscribed to your channel @Dancingincircles , I get my Lyra lollipop for Christmas ❤❤
Do u get a deep stretch?? That's really want I need and more flexibility
I’m sure some moves are bendy and you feel the stretch but for me regular stretching is key for flexibility 😀
with the dumb way i get into downward dogs i'd break my nose on the pole like immediately... i still want one tho
Haha oh no! It will take my a bit to get used to it and trust it but so far I love it :D
