GoodEarth Hermitage

Good Earth Hermitage, our first venture at Calicut is a close-knit community with 16 units in 37 cents. Situated on an elevated land, the play of contour levels allowed the restriction of vehicular movement and parking in the lower level while the upper level became the soul of the community. The inward plan facing the lush green court is defined by the organic steps and landscape where all the delightful grandparents and energetic toddlers share the laughter. Four blocks around the court are accessed from playful steps, framed by the green creepers. From hollow bricks to rustic tiles, playscapes to ambient interiors, garden sit-outs to comforting rooms, Hermitage has become a one loving 'Home' to all
