Excluding week 18 because Mahomes didn't play. Through week 17. Allen had 15 more touchdowns and 2 more turnovers. Your reasoning doesn't make very much sense.

Man this game is gonna make or break this iteration of the Bills team. As a life long bills fan, this is the year we have to bust through cuz the window is there and after that 13 secs lost, i didn’t think we would ever get a moment like that again, but thankfully we get a redemption opportunity. This is a legacy game for Allen. It's a big game for Mahomes, but he's already won two Super Bowl MVPs. I really feel like all the pressure is on the bills. I can't wait for this game.

Allen vs Mahomes rivalry goes beyond just "QBs of the two best teams in the AFC." The games have been close, with 1 blowout on both sides, with both QBs playing some of their best football in those games.
They also put on the most insane playoff performance we've ever seen. One of Allen's best abilities is availability, and maybe Burrow & Mahomes/Lamar & Mahomes could leapfrog them, but neither has stayed healthy for every game, every season & met so frequently.
Nick always forgets something he says as well, eye test matters and buffalo just looks better

the bills have the 4th ranked defense in ppg during the 2023 season. theyve given up 1 more point per game than the chiefs this season. since week ten, which was a much harder schedule for the bills than the chiefs the chiefs have ranked 15th in epa/play defensively and the bills have ranked 5th.
the bills offense is scoring 26.6 points per game which is 6th in the league, the chiefs score 21.8 ppg which is 15th in the league.
since week ten the bills are scoring 26.4 ppg for 7th place and the chiefs are scoring 20.4 ppg which is 23rd.
Boy I’m telling ya. This is ALL too reminiscent of the Bills playoff runs from back in the day. Buffalo dominated the AFC in those days. I’ve got butterflies in my stomach once again. Go Bills!

@cabalogia It's also based on the overall talent and consistency of the team. Yes I would say the Bills are ahead of the ravens in the AFC pecking order. They have been the more consistently good team and have had more playoff success. I'd have the AFC (assuming everyone is healthy) as KC, Bengals, Bills, Ravens, until the ravens and lamar prove that they can win against good teams in the playoffs. And again, coming from a ravens fan. It's just being honest lol. And the Texans look up and coming. Stroud is the real deal. Just hope he doesn't win this week....

"Noone is going to take Rice over Diggs" when Nick shows how, based on objective metrics, Rice has been about even with Diggs over the total season and objectively better since week 7. You can't move the goalposts like that then act like Nick is being unreasonable.

Mahomes has proven (last year) that he can win MVPs and Super Bowls without a true WR1, with Juju being the WR1 for that offense that year. You're gonna have to give more reasoning other than "the Chiefs were good before Mahomes" to prove he is overrated.
