I think when u said budget friendly is rm150 and below...u can find a lot of these hotels in town or even in batu ferriggi area..
sometimes we're able to secure a charming boutique hotel in the downtown area for as little as RM120. I can't recall the name at the moment, but I did mention it in my first video, "Unforgettable Memories of Penang 2023.".
