Agreed. I just sold my Speedy 35 kislux (I did keep the brown one), my Sofia Coppola perforated LV clutch, my blue Damier clutch I bought in Japan, and the By the Pool vanilla clutch. Kept an orange epi Alma. It feels great!!
I had the same issues in the same places when I did mine. And also broke a needle while pulling with my pliers. I'm so glad you did this , I can actually see what you are doing.
Thank you! So helpful especially since their video goes by so fast. I got two of these to give as gifts and found that using the rubber covers they sent for the fingers helps a lot to get the needle to pull through
Thank you I haven't received my kit yet but also chose the peacock blue with the silver hardware I think yours looks quite cute with the two tone blue... I have subscribed so I can save your instructions and go back and have a peek later thank you again
Nice! What's funny is I also liked how the two-tone came out. So then in that case plan for it so that you'll have the big piece and sides facing out (so you can burn the ends on the bag side)
Thank you so much for your video. Between yours and Babylon leather’s video I was able to get through this so quick. Your video really helped a lot. Only 1 think I saw with my video it said 6x the length for the bottom inside panel (which has the hole for the feet) but when you count what the person does it is only 4x the length….😅
Yay, glad it was helpful! Yeah, I remember with their videos the length they count is sometimes more or less than what they actually do. Always better to measure out more though!
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for kislux , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, itâs your choice. No judgement from me
Great video, thank you for sharing. I am torn between getting the pink or tan. Will you please speak to the quality of the leather. I have never purchased from this company. Thanks.
Thanks! I'm not a leather expert, but I went down a rabbit hole of leather info. They use top grain leather, which is a higher grade than "genuine leather," which is generally what you'll come across. Hermes uses full grain, which is the best quality. So this is a level just below that, but higher than most of the leather we come across.
Wait…for that first step with the oval holes, did you backstitch? The sewing might still undo itself if you don’t backstitch a couple of times, even if you melt the ends with a lighter.
I didn't backstitch on those as I was following their instructions to start. I'm not concerned about it though since those stitches are decorative and not structural.
That's odd. I'll reach out to the company to see, but what you might be seeing is an additional 5% on top of their discounted items if there's a sale going on. So in total it should be at least over 20% if there's a sale
I appreciate you making the video but if I could make a suggestion ,please go slow and explain how to come around the corners. Say it several times and maybe use the needle to show where you are talking about. The part where we add the front pouch and going around the sides was very hard to understand. I did slow the speed but that did not help. Again, thank you for making the video.
Am I the only person in the world that can not get the handle sewn on right? I’ve already taken it off once and will be trying again to get the handle sewn flat. Any tips for me?
That buckling on the flap is noticeable. The company should fix the pattern mistake. Otherwise, the purse look fabulous. Great job of producing this video. Thanks.
That's odd it's showing that, I'll reach out to the team to see. I know with the sales they have going on, the code takes an additional amount off, but last I checked it was a total of over 30%.

Yay glad you liked it! And I’m also glad to hear I wasn’t crazy for breaking a needle! Haha

Thanks, glad you like it! Touche on the finger covers - that's a great tip!
I never knew leather work was so complicated, you make it look like a ton of fun!

Thank you so much. I just started on my bag and this is very helpful. Your video is more detailed.
Yay! Glad you found it helpful!
Thank you so much for this!! I am patiently waiting for my purse to come. I will definitely be referencing this video when I am sewing!!
Yay! Let me know if you have any additional questions while you make it!
Wow, I'm in love with this *amzrepe* burgundy clutch, perfect and stylish 💌Thanks, I've added one more item to my wishlist 🥰

Thank you for your response, indeed they have a sale and it's on top of their discount

Thanks for the feedback! The second corner I go around is better than the first in terms of the explanation

Feel free to send me photos or videos and I can help troubleshoot!

Your coupon code is only 10%.
