Why not disclose all the important discriptions i.e. how much, category of Title, no hassles... as the best selling strategy that the potential buyers needed to know. No waste of time.
Sa palagay ko may mga problema ang property na ito: 1) Take note, hindi ito titulado, tax dec lang. 2) Parang hindi na occupy ang property na ito, by the looks of it, this property was intended to be used as a resort but for unknown reasons, the owner decided to sell it; 3) Doubtful kung may sources ba ng water at electricity. Hindi po nakita ang electrical connections.

Its a filipino sales tactic and its annoying. They dont disclose price so they can get you to contact them for info. Then you will get bombarded with calls and marketing emails non stop.
