Made this many times. Really super soft and moist wheat cake. I tried another version just by adding 1/4 cup coco powder and 1 and a half teaspoons of coffee powder mixed in 2 tablespoons of hot water. The chocolate cake turned out awesome. Liked it even more than the one tried with maida.
