@@tuilleri I'll explain it because I think it's so damn powerful. Most people have dreams in life "I dream of a house like this, car , bank account etc." Dreams happen when you are sleeping, and the only way to make that dream wake up, is to get the F*** Up and go do something that will help you achieve that dream! No. 4 has cost me money too, No. 6 helped us make our first million, No. 9 is what we have to remind ourselves once we break a record and No 10 is what keeps our people on 🔥...thank you for instilling these in us PBD!!

Well timed video. # 4 Never compromise your Non-Negotiables - I stood alone on a decision today to not negotiate on getting rid of a client that wastes our time. I cannot stand time wasters. It is a lack of respect. I'm glad I had that re-inforcement in this video today. Thank you
These are great. I work with so many small businesses who don’t get it. Especially #10. Most employers don’t track the market value of their employee wages. The cascading effect is so damaging to employee engagement, team morale, organizational culture. “I have a dream” to be at the success level where PBD is
My business principles: 1. Everyone is responsible for their own jobs; founders, however, share the fame & shame for each other's actions. 2. No accusations. Make conclusions out of mistakes and never remind afterwards that it was someone else's mistake. 3. Honesty and transparency. As much as is possible in business. 4. I do not take projects and clients from several industries, and I will not compromise that. My conscience is more important than a few extra bucks made on helping companies that promote pornography, drugs or similar. There are more, but I think this will do for a start. )
The most important thing is to provide in demand products and services that CUSTOMERS are willing to purchase and recommend to others. If you don’t do this, others will. You can try all the new age feel good crap, most customers really don’t care about your principles too much.
I also believe there are principles for relationships, I really like this idea. What are the principles you use for friendships ? What principles for parenting ? For family and so on. I believe this subject is important for any kind of relationships and of course for business.
Keep at it sir and don't slow down ever. You remind me of the motivation I had as a young Marine many years ago. Physical health, mentally sharp, super articulate and captivating. Advanced leadership skills sir.
