You cannot get it for free. If you want to unlock " Strong Base " quest. You must complete " Legendary Paladin's Vow " or " Silver Paladin's Vow ". It requires Paladin or Silver Paladin (Class). Which is only for members.
Im currently farming for the class. and the quests are not that hard at all. But you will have a really REALLY REALLY HARD TIME GETTING THE PYROMANCER ARTIFACT FROM XAN AND THE ETERNITY FLAME THE CULT LEADER
Also, its not all of Canada that's snowy. I live in Toronto and it's chilly but not snowing. Usually, in here it starts snowing in the middle of November.
