The carousel is always beautiful but I noticed where one of the Jester faces are that that one section is completely burnt out hope they get that fixed but other than that its great they got the organ fixed
I was so happy the organ was fixed!!!! It sounded wonderful!!! I didn't notice the Jester.... I was so happy about the organ:) Just stunning... and it's right here in our area.
@@serendipitousgrace When you posted it sounding wonky there were dead notes which I’m not much of an expert may mean it needed cleaned Band organs are facinating anyways I’ve seen a Wurlitzer 153 at a place called DeBence antique music world which was originally on the one at Idora park which which is now Jane’s carousel .
They weren't burnt out, the lights were just missing. Also on one of the horses, the right foot was not hooked on properly so that's why they have yellow tape around it. At least the horse is in good condtion.
Wow! The organ sounded so much better than last year! Hopefully they can keep it running forever!
It sounded much better!!! So nice to hear it again and not off of a speaker.
@@serendipitousgraceYep! Hopefully it doesn’t break again or at least not by the whole 2024 season. Including Christmas.

@@Trucker4699Wasn’t the carousel fitted with newer LED bulbs to replace the older incandescent bulbs? It looks yellow to me.
