Those are fine. свой indicates something that belongs to the subject of the sentence; so Я потерял свой паспорт = Я потерял мой паспорт = I lost my passport Ты потерял свой паспорт = You lost your passport. Мы любим свою страну = We love our country The difference is more critical when он/она/они is the subject: Дима любит свою жену = Dima loves his [own] wife :) Боря любит его жену = Boria loves his [someone else's!] wife :( I'll put свой on the list of topics for upcoming videos.
