Which is crazy when you realize that guilt is our conscience talking to us. Yes sometimes it's excessive for some people, but without guilt, you never correct yourself. If everyone validates everything we do, then do they even love us. Anyway people must seek validation inward, be comfortable if you know you are doing the right thing. If you feel like you are doing something wrong, then maybe you should reevaluate rather than asking others to tell you it's ok.
