There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple designs to the different fruits and vegetables.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving designs for larger centrepiece displays
Advanced Level - How to carve Roses and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit & Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkin.

Additional tip, have a lemon nearby to sprankle over the apple from time to time to keep the apple from turning brown

I just noticed that I have the same knives for carving. But it is difficult to work with them. It seems that they are not sharp enough. Can I make them sharper as ordinary knife? Won't that damage them? And how to take care of them, so that they can last longer? Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
Is there such a thing as a fruit/vegetable preservative spray/oil? I'd love to do carving art like in your videos but I know I'll be a lot slower than your pace so I don't want my "canvas" to go bad or brown quickly...

Whocares Thank you very much for all your support. The knife I am using is very old. I had it over 20 years it's called kom kom. Now there are many different styles of thai knives available online.
