I like that Sans’ power level is only 1, and it should’ve stayed that way for the Genocide Route power scaling. Yes, Sans is the weakest monster in the underground. What makes Sans so great is that, even being the weakest enemy, he’s able to become the most formidble by using his smarts to bypass the system entirely. Sans doesn’t need a high power level, because he finds a way to work around it.
I feel like power levels is kind of a debatable term, cause in terms of power, he is absolutely a 1, but in terms of difficulty, he is way more than that, so it’s kind of a weird thing to say his power level is 1.
I've done the entire Genocide Run, but even after I do Genocide and beat Undyne and Sans, I still, somehow, cannot beat Pacifist Papyrus. I don't know why I can't, even using ALL my healing items. I cannot be Papyrus and I REALLY don't know why. I just can't beat him, granted, I challenge myself to only use the 3 times to ebat him, even going onto 4, but still. I can't beat Papyrus, but Genocide Sans. Truly something different, thought I would share this.
Flowey can load and save files, San's can't load a file, if he dies, he's dead, so most likely Flowey, also Flowey has gone through the game a lot and knows everything about all the characters so he probably knows all of Sans's attacks and would be able to dodge them.

Toriel is roughly on par with Asgore in power. They're comparable in a lot of ways - both both monsters, both fire mages, husband and wife, etc. Her unwillingness to kill is why she's so much easier to beat - but even in this, she's only barely different from Asgore (Asgore doesn't really want to kill either, he just believes he has to).

Apart from the Godtiers, (Chara, Asriel and Omega Flowey) everyone's PL is *WAY* too high. For the 3 I mentioned, the Guy basically has them at Multi-Solar System level, despite 2 of them are Multi-Universal with Omega Flowey being Universal+. So their PL would be way higher.

Not really; He "exists" through vague allusions made by obscure, hard-to-find NPC's, and possibly through the hidden waterfall room (though that hasn't proven), all of which are nearly impossible to find without editing FUN values. All the known info about him is: 1. He was head scientist before Alphys. 2. He created the CORE. 3. He "fell into his creation". (Typically considered to be the CORE, but could be something else) 4. His brilliance was “irreplaceable”, which is why Asgore took so long to replace him. 5. His life was cut short. 6. His experiments went wrong. (Yes, experiments is plural here). 7. He vanished without a trace. 8. He shattered across time and space. 9. A piece of him exists with Follower_2. (one of the obscure NPCs, their name was found in the files) 10. He is still "listening". Not enough to really DO anything with (such as a power level). Almost everything about Gaster was created by fans. Aditionally, where do we find him in Undertale? The waterfall room is a reference to an easter egg in another game (I forget what it's called at the moment). Fans decided to use that design for him, but technically there's no evidence that that's Gaster.

I like that Sans’ power level is only 1, and it should’ve stayed that way for the Genocide Route power scaling. Yes, Sans is the weakest monster in the underground. What makes Sans so great is that, even being the weakest enemy, he’s able to become the most formidble by using his smarts to bypass the system entirely. Sans doesn’t need a high power level, because he finds a way to work around it.

I've done the entire Genocide Run, but even after I do Genocide and beat Undyne and Sans, I still, somehow, cannot beat Pacifist Papyrus. I don't know why I can't, even using ALL my healing items. I cannot be Papyrus and I REALLY don't know why. I just can't beat him, granted, I challenge myself to only use the 3 times to ebat him, even going onto 4, but still. Judgin by the hability of Sans of deal damage based on LV and that Omega flowey LV was extremly high, i'd say that Sans would win.
Flowey would likely lose he does not have the reset ability anymore
Flowey can load and save files, San's can't load a file, if he dies, he's dead, so most likely Flowey, also Flowey has gone through the game a lot and knows everything about all the characters so he probably knows all of Sans's attacks and would be able to dodge them.

It isn't! When you go through genocide, chara (or whatever you named the fallen human) will be there with you and soon take full control over the human's body. It starts when you see some red text when you interact with things.

given he's a literal god, he should be at infinite power, but his intelligence is really low. If he wanted to kill frisk, just blast him away completely, and if the but it refused was still fcking up his life, erase him from existence.

Edit: Remember that time in Glitchtale where Sans beat Omega Flowey despite Flowey canonically being able to make undodgeable attacks and instantly restore all of his HP and not to mention being able to reverse time to teleport other people? Good times.

Toriel is roughly on par with Asgore in power. They're comparable in a lot of ways - both both monsters, both fire mages, husband and wife, etc. Her unwillingness to kill is why she's so much easier to beat - but even in this, she's only barely different from Asgore (Asgore doesn't really want to kill either, he just believes he has to).
Can we just appreciate how this guy had to get every ending just to get video of that character?

I feel like you should’ve given Undyne the Undying and Asriel higher power levels, and also Asgore and Toriel’s power level is too high compared to the other characters, Asgore isn’t THAT much stronger than base Undyne, and Asriel is ♾ +

Apart from the Godtiers, (Chara, Asriel and Omega Flowey) everyone's PL is *WAY* too high.
For the 3 I mentioned, the Guy basically has them at Multi-Solar System level, despite 2 of them are Multi-Universal with Omega Flowey being Universal+. So their PL would be way higher.
Well Asgore and Toriel are too high compared to the other characters, like Asgore isn’t THAT much stronger than Undyne… also for Asriel’s first form, he needed to add tons of zeros, and for his final form he might as well just call it infinite, or infinite plus if you say his first form is infinite which isn’t wrong… and he forgot to add Chara

Not really; He "exists" through vague allusions made by obscure, hard-to-find NPC's, and possibly through the hidden waterfall room (though that hasn't proven), all of which are nearly impossible to find without editing FUN values.
All the known info about him is:
1. He was head scientist before Alphys.
2. He created the CORE.
3. He "fell into his creation". (Typically considered to be the CORE, but could be something else)
4. His brilliance was “irreplaceable”, which is why Asgore took so long to replace him.
5. His life was cut short.
6. His experiments went wrong. (Yes, experiments is plural here).
7. He vanished without a trace.
8. He shattered across time and space.
9. A piece of him exists with Follower_2. (one of the obscure NPCs, their name was found in the files)
10. He is still "listening".
Not enough to really DO anything with (such as a power level). Almost everything about Gaster was created by fans.
Aditionally, where do we find him in Undertale? The waterfall room is a reference to an easter egg in another game (I forget what it's called at the moment). Fans decided to use that design for him, but technically there's no evidence that that's Gaster.
