You should check out Alteya Organics products. They have USDA organic certified Bulgarian Rose and Lavender products and are much more affordable. Unfortunately their rose water does not come in a glass jar.

I take it off with coconut oil or argan oil, I rince my face with water, and then I put rose water on a coton and rub it on my eyes to take the remaining oil and make-up away. It's a great tonic for your skin and it smells so good :) I keep it in my fridge, so that it's fresh when I use it
