Ingredients:-
-1:498 kg chicken drumstick
-4 Medium size onions
-3 Medium size tomatoes
-2 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
-2 tbsp salt
-1 tbsp turmeric
-1 tbsp chilli powder
-Oil
- Half tbsp black pepper seeds
-1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
-1 tbsp cumin seeds
-1 tbsp coriander seeds
-1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves
-3 green cardamom
-2 black cardamom
-5 cloves
- 2 Bay leaf
-4 green chilli
-Coriander stems
-2 cups of water
-Coriander leaves
