Deserved a Puskas Award for that header, A Ballon D'or for carrying his team and a special honour for that exceptionally amazing performance. Puskas Award was definitely deserved as his header was out of this world. Sadly, the Ballon D'or was not available that year however many people voted for Lewandowski to win it. This performance is extremely underrated and there was many other talents shining that year and Ronaldo was considered an "old and too bad to play" player.

His movements without the ball, and touches that distorts the defense lines, connecting the team and driving them forward etc... really shows that he was by far the most important player for juventus that season
Moreover his space awareness and first touch helps him to get past or even create an attacking outlet without even actually dribbling a lot... The reason managers don’t frequently just stick a player or more right on Ronaldo is pretty simple : It would often be a useless strategy. Even before getting the ball, Ronaldo would out-wit and drop his close marker/s in his sleep. That’s Ronaldo main strength and ‘strategy’ right now : Making himself near-impossible to mark and extremely easy to pass to in dangerous areas.
Visually it may seem that ronaldo is nothing hard to defend but he is actually more than what meets the eye, he has a colossial impact on the game which is very much under appreciated

I'll just mention something about 2010. Ballon d'or... 2010 Fifa Ballon d’Or was the 1st in history where the top 3 finalists are from the same club. Leo Messi beats the likes of Xavi, Iniesta to lift his 2nd Ballon d’Or. 2010 was not only famous for featuring three players from the same club in the top 3 but the winner of this year’s award made it controversial.
Imagine winning a treble with the Team in European football and finishing as finalists in the 2010 WorldCup and still not included in the top 3 was injustice indeed.
Wesley Sneijder won every possible trophy with the club including the champions league beating Barcelona in the semi-final. He also won the Golden Ball in the 2010 World Cup. Yet he didn’t finish in the top 3.
Another side, Iniesta and Xavi were the key players in Spain’s world cup winning campaign. Iniesta scored in the final and was awarded, MOM. All these glories consider nill when Messi was awarded the ballon d’Or.

As most people, I also didn't watch him when he played for Juventus but I realized why PES made a iconic moment of him for this specific season 2019-2020. I can say he had become like those times he played for United in 2006 to 2009
As a CR7 fan all I can say is "he's a victim of his talent" he's set the expectations so high because of how he's performed in the previous years, now all people are doing is comparing him now to then.
Yeah people tend to forget that what he and Messi is/were doing isn't normal. 20-30 goals a season and you were considered a beast and win the golden boot. These guys are/were scoring 40-50-60 goals. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, he was really on form that year. This video alone demonstrates that when Ronaldo plays on the wing, he can do whatever you want. Create chances, dribble past defenders, score goals, assists... Shame that Juventus simply wasn't good enough to challenge champions league in those years.
HIs stint at Juve was really something else, he really upped his personal performance playing like his initial days at both united and madrid,, Even i doubted that he could still play like that until he did at juve. In this season he transitioned to his 2007-08 self. Was eager to see something similar in his Man united seasons. But sad to see recent decline in his game.
